Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort is located near the sea at the far end of the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki, Greece, built around a natural thermal spring. When the owners contacted us a few months before opening, they had only a logo, and asked us to design their visual identity.
We based our design on the main characteristics of Miraggio: the thermal spring and the sea.
We created soft forms reminiscent of waves or springs by photographing pieces of paper put together using the quilling method.
We created numerous “waves” and combined them in compositions that convey dynamic relaxation. We selected 3 basic colours: dark blue, light blue and brown.
The visual language we created was then applied in room brochures, menus, reception items, personnel uniforms, vehicles and signage.
